Lexi Street Band Album: Girdling Root

    Home grown Atlanta based, The Lexi Street Band, releases their latest single, Girdling Root. Recorded locally out of Downright Studios. Owner and producer of Downright Studio, Josh Golden, is the lead singer for local Atlanta favorite, Golden, whose musical resume is performing and opening up for artists such as for Sister Hazel, and performed at Bonaroo. This is their 3rd track out of Downright, the first being, The Room, of the album Champagne Promises. Their lastest two singles, Shoulda known Better (available on itunes) and more recently, Girdling Root (waiting for release on itunes). Girdling root is the composition of Lexi Street and newest member, Geoff Israel, a New York transplant. It still possesses the same guitar driven tone of Gary O’bryan, whose style gives way to their tone and sound.
