Editor's Musings:
Hello for another month! It is now actually, OFFICIALLY Fall here - my favorite season of them all. Unfortunately, it's becoming shorter and shorter every year ... so my hope is that this year, we actually get to *enjoy* some Fall before Winter comes on (Ugh. snow. Bleh). I hope you're enjoying the weather where you are too! I know we have subscribers from all over the world. I just like to give you some insight into what's going on in my particular neck of the woods. ;)
Thank you to those of you who checked out my new CD! I really appreciate that. It's been getting some nice airplay on Women of Substance Radio lately, I'm happy to say. In fact, three of my covers are going to appear on the last ("Standards") show of "We've Got It Covered" (I believe that's in November - and I even do a little voice over imaging for the show!). Have a look at the site and the schedule and you'll hear a TON of great female singer/songwriters and performers. I've been hugely impressed with the show every time I've tuned in. :)
And that's about it for now. There's just one raffle winner this month (seriously guys - it's more of a QUEUE than a raffle. Just write to me and let me know what you're interested in, give me a city and state or country (if you're outside of North America) and it's all good. Detailed instructions below...)
DO YOU WANT TO WIN A RAFFLE PRIZE? You don't get if you don't ask!
If you'd like to be considered for a raffle prize yourself, have a look at the various prizes offered at the top of The Muse's News webpage, decide which prizes you'd most like, and email me with your top two choices along with your mailing address so that I can get the prizes to you. Yes, it's really that simple. :) (And yes, the mailing address is kinda important. I promise it won't be used for any other reason than to send you your raffle prize - and to mention your approximate location in the notice of raffle winners you see above here.)
I wish you every success and hope your dreams come true. :) (Dream big!)
All the best,
--Jodi
