Ross Douglas heard the Beatles late one night at the age of 12 and all hell broke loose. He decided to pursue a career in show biz.

It's been varied and most interesting. 

Some highlights:

Being the piano player in the satirical glam rock band The Choke Sisters; fronted by the mad genius and future multiple Tony Award-winner Des McAnuff

Playing "Brad Majors" in the first ever Canadian production of the ROCKY HORROR SHOW. 
Seeing much of the world as Piano Player / Narrator in the second-ever cast of BILLY BISHOP GOES TO WAR, including stops on-and-off-Broadway,Bermuda, and Berlin.

Playing "The Penis" in the musical "Health".

Over 1000 performances as Larry in ANGRY HOUSEWIVES where he also received a Jessie Award for "Outstanding Musical Direction".

8 years as musician writer and "Willie" of Willie and the Wassailers, an extremely popular Shakespearean-styled group.
9 years as writer / musical director / performer at "Theatre Royal" in Barkerville, BC.
Being Runner up in Jazz category of the 2003 John Lennon Song Contest for the song LOVIN TIME.
Receiving the Gold and Special Jury Awards in the Open Category of the 2009 Mid Atlantic Song Contest for the song KOKANEE CANARY CANOE

His 3 albums -TWO DIRECTIONS,CARIBOU ECLECTIC,and THE ART OF YOU AND have garnered much praise. 
At last count- he has fans in 115 countries and territories around the world which prompted the compilation album 10 Songs 115 Countries -a collection of his most popular songs worldwide.
